The forms for administering data from the catalogue of an on demand audiovisual media service allow providers thereof easier data management from the catalogue of the content they provide when the Agency requests such data in a supervision procedure. The forms are universal, and the detailed instructions regarding the data entry into the forms is provided by the Agency in the supervision procedure.
