Providers of intermediary services must have a single point of contact that allows for direct communication by electronic means with member state authorities. They must also publish and keep up-to-date easily accessible information necessary for easy identification of and communication with single points of contact. Upon receipt of a decision, they must inform the issuing authority, or any other authority indicated in the decision, without undue delay, of any effects of the decision and indicate whether and when the decision has taken effect.
Competent authorities must also forward such decisions and information from providers regarding their effect to the national Digital Services Coordinator (AKOS), which must forward it to all other Digital Services Coordinators from EU Member States.
