A provider of on demand audiovisual media services must register such activity with the Agency. The application must include:
- the name of the service and its identification,
- name, address, tax number, and personal registration number for natural persons,
- company name, seat, tax and company registration number, and the legal representative for legal persons,
- type of service and a short description and
- date of launch, change, or termination of service provision.
