Electronic Communications Regulation Department  is responsible for regulating the electronic communications market, supervising the construction of public utility infrastructure, conducting economic analytics of regulated markets, and handling tasks, related to notification, technical matters and numbering.

Radio Frequency Spectrum Management Department  performs radio spectrum planning and management, international coordination of radio frequencies, and issues radio frequency licences.

Electronic Media Department  regulates and supervises electronic media and video sharing platforms in accordance with national and European legislation and regulations for media and audiovisual media services.

Railway Services Market Regulation Department  is tasked with ensuring non-discriminatory access to the public railway infrastructure, service facilities and equipment required by carriers in the railway transport for providing services. The department also resolves disputes between passengers and railway carriers in railway passenger transport.

Postal Services Market Regulation Department  regulates the postal services market, ensuring the provision of the universal postal service, and supervises the universal postal service.

Digital Services Department  coordinates digital services in line with the EU Digital Services Act and performs other tasks defined by the national legislation.

Supervision and Measurements Department  supervises operators of public communication networks and providers of public communication services. It also performs the tasks related to the measurements and the supervision of the radio frequency spectrum and the quality of broadband services.

Legal and General Affairs Department  conducts general legal tasks and resolves disputes in accordance with the legislation governing electronic communications and postal services. It represents the Agency in court and other legal proceedings, manages the tasks related to the organization, management and development of human resources, the head office and the archives, finances and accounting, IT and general administrative and operative tasks.

The Agency operates in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations. It conducts its tasks publicly, transparently, and for the benefit of end users and the public.
