The Division for the Regulation of electronic communications conducts the tasks relating to the regulation of the electronic communications market, monitoring and control over the construction of public economic infrastructure according to the regulations governing electronic communications, tasks related to economic analytics in regulated markets, and tasks, relating to notification, technical matters and numbering.

The Division for the Management of the Radio Frequency Spectrum carries out tasks relating to radio spectrum planning and management under the law governing electronic communications, international coordination of radio frequencies and the issuing of radio frequency licences.

The Division for Electronic Media conducts the tasks related to regulation and supervision of electronic media and video sharing platforms according to the legislation that details the media and audiovisual media services.

The Division for the Regulation of the Railway Services Market conducts the tasks related to ensure non-discriminatory  access to the public railway infrastructure and to service facilities and equipment required by applicants in the railway transport for providing their services.

The Division for the Regulation of Postal Services Market conducts the tasks related to the provision of the universal postal service, regulation of the market for postal services and the supervision of the universal postal service according to the legislation that details postal services.

The Division for  digital services conducts the tasks of the digital services coordinator as defined by the EU regulation on a single market for digital services (Digital Services Act) and other tasks as defined by the national law on the implementation of that regulation.

The Division for the Measurements and Supervision conducts supervision of the activities of operators of public communication networks and providers of public communication services according to the legislation that details electronic communications, and the tasks related to the measurements and the supervision of the radio frequency spectrum and the quality of broadband services according to the legislation that details electronic communications.

The Legal Affairs  Support Activities Division conducts the general legal tasks and resolves disputes in accordance with the legislation that details electronic communications, and the legislation that details postal services, represents agencies in court and other proceedings, conducts the tasks related to the organization, management and development of human resources, the main office and the archives, finances and accounting, IT and general administrative and operative tasks.

The Agency operates in accordance with the valid legislation and regulations. It conducts its tasks publicly, transparently, in a friendly way and for the benefit of end users and the public.
